The place was just like the pictures and easy to get to. I have saved it for future stays. I enjoyed every minute there, and it's only 10 minutes from the strip. I would recommend it to everyone. Thanks for everything, and I look forward to returning.

Great house. Clean, spacious, lovely! The backyard is as described. Bit cold to play too much while we were there, but it was as described and wonderful. Great alternative to the strip for CES.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The large, soft beds provided a great night’s sleep. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was especially convenient—just a few minutes from downtown Las Vegas. A perfect place for a relaxing stay, and we would definitely come back again!

Our family celebrated our son’s 40th birthday and went to the National Final Rodeo. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was nice. Plenty of room to spread out and a great back yard. Beautiful house.

I really loved to stay here, close to the strip and a to the airport. I didn’t like that I paid for early check in and I still had trouble to get in and they didn’t give me extra time to check out. Other than that the house very beautiful and spacious! Very recommended.

Shawn’s place was in a great location for everything. It has so much space and a beautiful back yard that we loved hanging out in when we were at the house and not out exploring. He was a very responsive host and helped us with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We always felt comfortable and the premises was very clean and spacious. The neighbourhood was always quiet and the local attractions were easily accessible from the premises. Shawn’s team were always on hand to help. I would recommend booking this place, as we would do if/ when we come back

Great place for our group of 6 to hang out together in between shows and sports events in Vegas. Pool was an added bonus and very refreshing during the 100+ degree temps. Loved the closet in the master suite!!

Great place!

The size of the house for 8 ppl or 4 couples was great. Neighborhood was quiet but the house had good insulation so loud noise could not be heard outside. Overall the house was clean but there were a lot of little things that need to be up kept such as various cabinets were dirty, disposal had an awful smell, refrigerator ice had not been cleaned in who knows how long- had horrible smell and taste. Some items were broken before we got there and they were mentioned to the host- response was nice and appreciative. More pool/regular towels were needed; big house = a lot off ppl. Check in and check out was super easy, felt like our own home. We all agreed we would stay there again. (:

This place has a lot of potential and could be a great if some more attention to detail was given and at the right price point. We stayed here for a couple nights and immediately noticed some of the things others described in their reviews: the main living room couch needs to be replaced immediately, there are dirty areas that need attention (the cleaner is wiping the shiny items and neglecting everything else), and the WiFi. We did not have WiFi throughout our stay. We notified the host and worked through some troubleshooting but could not get it working. It was determined a technician would need to come out, but could only be scheduled after our stay since we were only there for a couple nights. The host was responsive and I don’t blame him or anyone for this specifically, but the same issues should not be brought up by multiple guests. Again, this house could be great if the host or a property manager would walk around and take care of a small list of issues. Would not recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at Shawn's Airbnb. However, one of the key issues was the issue with the internet we had. You need better service overall. When you're relaxing in a home, that's one of the things that people want to do, which is watch a movie, or good series and we constantly had issues with the internet turning off, actually to the point where we had to reset the router ourself. Besides that issue, it was a great stay!

Home away from home close to everything Vegas has to offer. Very comfortable beds and great accommodations. Great for business travel or family get away. We will be back!

The company was very responsive. To check in early there was a fee which kinda stinks but understandable. The house was very nice and clean! It is right behind a school that was out for recess a lot (not a big deal but just an FYI). Would definitely stay there again.

While looking for a place to host a fellas getaway weekend in Vegas for Australian rugby, I came across this property. I was super excited to see the property in person because the photos were perfect for our needs. I was not disappointed when I arrived. Beautiful layout, this house has a very peaceful vibe. It was just what I was hoping for. The upstairs suite was my favorite. We did have an issue with the wifi and although I couldn't resolve the issue, the response was prompt. I have no complaints, the Cunningham group did a great job. In fact, I intend to make this our annual spot every year that rugby comes to Vegas!

The house was great! Everything was clean and very comfortable. The couch was especially great for naps. The hot tub was delightful. The communication with the owner was also easy and frequent enough.

This place is excellent and the host are extremely professional and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to book.

My overall stay at The Desert Rose was great. Check in went very smoothly and I was even able to check-in early which was greatly appreciated by my group. I booked this property solely by the pictures and was pleased that property was exactly as described. We only had a couple of minor issues; One being that the ice maker and water from the fridge were not working and the Second being that the thermostat could not initially be adjusted to our desired heat. However, the staff responded very quickly to get these issues resolved so it did not put a damper on our trip. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely, roomy house in a quiet neighborhood with a sparkling pool. My nine family members ranging in age from 2 to 87 enjoyed our stay for a family wedding. The house has a roomy living room, kitchen, and dining room where we could gather. The bedrooms were quiet, and with 3.5 bathrooms no one had any complaints. Also, the closets in the upstairs and downstairs primary bedrooms are huge! Our host was very responsive to questions and requests when we couldn't find sheets for an inflatable mattress and needed more wine glasses. I would definitely stay here again.

Shawn's property was located in a clean quiet neighborhood but was close to stores, restaurants, the airport etc. The house has a lot of space to socialize and also room to find a quiet nook if need be. we enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to check out Shawn's other properties next time I'm in Vegas! Thanks Shawn!!

The place is exactly as described and was an amazing stay. The house is very nice. All of the beds are king size, the place was well kept, pool and jacuzzi were clean. The area is very quiet as well. Instructions for check in and anything else were very thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anybody thinking about staying here.

i LOVED this house ! my family and i stayed here and it was such a pleasant time ! There was a little issue with the door code however shawn was super responsive , quick and VERY helpful ! the next morning we received a box of crumbl cookies for the “ bother “ , im super happy we stayed here , the pool was amazing and the house was super super nice !

Die "Desert Rose" ist ein sehr grosses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, sehr modern eingerichtet. Betten aehr bequem. Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls sehr schön, angenehme Wassertemperatur. Auch den Whirlpool haben wir genutzt. Aufgrund der Bäume ringsherum hat es immer einige Blätter und Nadeln im Pool, es liegt aber ein Käscher bereit. Es hat auch einen Grill. Leider fehlt ein grosser Esstisch um draussen zu essen....daher haben wir improvisiert und am kleinen Sofatischchen gegessen.

My youngest daughter turned 21 and wanted it in Vegas. OMG this house made me look like a Rockstar. First I called to inquire about an early check in. The lady (sorry I forgot your name) was very friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the home wasn't ready just yet, but it was well worth the wait. The house is just like the pictures. everyone had their space in this beautiful floor plan. when u wanna get together in the spacious living room or away from the group in what felt like your own bungalow in this house. The pool was super clean and the hot tub was magical. Also the neighborhood was very quiet but that could be because we stayed during the week. My 74 year old mother, 21 & 25 yr old daughters, 26 yr old son and his girlfriend, and my husband and I all were super impressed and more than satisfied with our stay.
